MEET MRS. DUFFIN
Hi! My name is Linda Duffin, and I am the TOSA for 1st and 2nd grade specializing in reading.
I was born and raised in rural New England. I received my Bachelors of Music from the University of Massachusetts, and my Masters of Music from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I received my Multiple Subject Credential from National University/UCLA. I have been teaching for 19 years in Santa Ana and the Magnolia School District, and I am in my second year at Vibrant Minds. The last ten years have been dedicated to being an interventionist, mainly with reading. Besides my passion for teaching reading, I am a professional French hornist. I am actively involved in performing with multiple orchestras and chamber ensembles, most recently performing with the Long Beach Ballet’s Nutcracker. My other interests include gardening, reading, baking, and spending time with my wonderful family. I look forward to creating the love of reading for our young scholars.
