Hello Everyone!
My name is Ashia Foard, and I am very excited to begin my third year as a member of the Vibrant Minds team! In the past I taught fifth grade at Vibrant Minds, and after some time away I am elated to be back in the classroom! I graduated from Biola University with a degree in Liberal Studies - Elementary Education, and teaching is my passion. I am thrilled to teach the first grade scholars, and I know that this will be a year of learning and fun! We will encounter many "firsts" in first grade. This year a few of our goals are:

Hello Everyone!
My name is Misty Mora Delgado. Some of you know me as Ms. Misty. This school year I am excited to be co-teaching with Ms. Foard in 1st grade.
I have been a stay-at-home parent for the past 13 years. I worked part-time with Vibrant Minds when they first opened in 2015-2018 when I had to leave to stay home to take care of my two younger children. In the 2023-2024 school year I was asked to come back to teach in the after-school program. At the end of the 2023-2024 school year, I was given a great opportunity to be a part of a teacher residential program Vibrant Minds was offering with Biola University.
I received my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Cal-State Long Beach in 2008. I am currently working on my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at Biola University.
Three of my four children have or are currently going to Vibrant Minds.
I am excited to start my new journey as a co-teacher and gain the insight to have my own class when we move to the new location.
Some fun facts about me are, I love spending time with my husband and 4 children. We enjoy going hiking, to the drive-in movies, the beach, and going to Knott’s Berry Farm. I also enjoy making crafts.
