MEET MS. TOLO

Hello, I am Ms. Tolo, Vibrant Minds’ Speech/Language Pathologist!

What is a speech/language pathologist you ask?

Speech Pathologists, also referred to as Speech Therapists or SLPs (Speech Language Pathologists), are professionals who work with people of all ages to improve communication techniques. We identify and provide therapy for communication impairments.

Over the last 16 years, I have worked in many schools, hospitals, and medical settings. My experiences with people have ranged from birth (newborns) to my oldest patient who was 109! I have the pleasure of working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, and adults on a daily and weekly basis. 

I have always had a special place in my heart for children and the geriatric population, and I enjoy helping others to improve their communication skills.
 
I grew up and attended school in the blazing hot desert of Arizona . . . Go Wildcats!!! :-) 

I love California’s diversity and excitement. There is always something interesting to do, a new adventure to be had. I never imagined when I was young that I would ever live near the beach!!!

On my days off I enjoy spending time with family, exploring new places, new restaurants and trying new recipes. I love to cook and eat!! 😊
