MEET MRS. FOX

Cindy Fox is the Coordinator of Curriculum and Teacher Training and Teacher Residency Program Coordinator at Vibrant Minds Charter School.

With over 20 years of experience in education across the U.S. and international schools in Hong Kong, she brings a global perspective to instructional leadership. Cindy has taught grades 1–6 and held roles including TOSA and community involvement coordinator. She leads Vibrant Minds’ teacher residency program and professional development efforts. Cindy served as an Induction Mentor with OCDE (2020–2024) and currently mentors candidates through Hope International University. She has also supervised student teachers from USC and Biola University. In 2021, she was named one of Orange County Parenting Magazine’s Top 25 Teachers.

Cindy is passionate about empowering educators through meaningful mentorship, responsive curriculum, and reflective practice.
