MEET MS. MAHONY

Hi! My name is Hannah Mahony and I am one of the third grade teachers. I have been a part of the Vibrant Minds Charter School community for the past three years in various positions. This is my first year as a full-time classroom teacher, and I could not be more excited! I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a minor in Biblical Studies, and my teaching credential from Biola University. I am currently working on my masters in Multilingual and Multicultural Education.

Some of my favorite activities include camping, hiking, and rock climbing. I also love cooking, crafting, and spending time with my church community. I love traveling and experiencing all of the joy and knowledge that the world around us has to offer. I hope to share this joy with our class of 3rd-grade explorers! 

Some highlights of what we will do in third grade is dive deeper into reading comprehension, learn multiplication, and explore local history. We will also get the opportunity to think about how we can manage our emotions, care for others, and create an inclusive environment for those in our community.
